More than 25 years i have served as a faculty in engineering college. My observation - During admission to BE parents come with their wards, interact with faculty. During the four years BE journey parents may attend the parents-meet, may interact with the faculty to discuss about their wards exam marks and attendance. They request the faculty to take care of their wards.
It is rare to see any parents visiting the campus once thier ward completed BE and got placed. I saw recently a parent visited our Dept. as his son got placed. Father and son went to each faculty of our Dept and thanked each faculty by giving them sweets. It is rare to see like this. Such things motivate the faculty. I congratulate Mr. Danesh Hiremath and his father, i also thank them for sharing their happiness with us. Mr. Danesh Addressed IV sem A division students. I wish him all the best for his future.
